Hot Coconut Green Curry Soup

Brocoli and Spinach base soup. Simmered with chicken stock and creamy coconut milk. Seasoned with curry, bay leaf, kosher salt, organic white and black pepper corn and nutmeg. You can see I had to eat a few bites before I took the picture.

Beef Bamboo Wraps

Beef with bamboo shoots, water chestnuts and a spicy teryaki sauce. Garnished with fresh organic bean sprouts and wrapped in icebergs lettuce. This was an awesome, quick lunch for two and served with orange ginger green tea.

Pan fried ground lamb, mint and curry meatballs. Baby carrots roasted in a raisin cinnamon chutney and Greek garma masala yogurt.
