So I am reading this book called the 21 Day Total Body Transformation by Mark Sisson. He is the author of Mark's Daily Apple and the master of The Primal Blueprint, all guides to the Paleo Lifestyle.
I think I am going to use this as a strong foundation to my Primal Journey.
In the past few weeks I have been cleansing my home of all unfriendly items according to the Primal Blueprint.
I threw away all bad food in my home. There are some dairy and grains remaining that I will use in moderation until I phase them out completely.Either because I spent a lot of money on them or I don't feel the need to part with immediately.
I read the first few chapters of Marks new book. I have a firm grasp on Marks Key Concepts, I am fairly fimiliar with the basics of the Paleo Life but a few new things I had learned that I agree are important.
For the next few weeks I'll be preparing for my 21 day journey including 30 days CLEAN starting January 1, 2012 and planning meals, events and mapping out my key concepts to stay clean.
